He often works with companies that have little or no experience in planning and helps them develop planning systems that satisfy their specific needs. He provides consultation in the areas of strategic planning, marketing strategy and operational planning. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Engineering from the University of South Alabama. |

His focus is Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. Over the past 9 years, he has advised executives and senior level professionals faced with transition and career development challenges. He also helps organizations design and implement career development programs. |

Clifford F. Eslinger is the Managing Partner of Vantage Associates-West, Inc. Grounded in over 25 years of consulting experience; Cliff’s professional expertise is working directly with senior executives in the area of strategic planning as well as executive assessment, development and assimilation. Before joining Vantage, Cliff was Senior Vice President and Managing Executive of Spherion’s Human Capital Consulting Group. He led that organization to become a top tier management consultancy. Cliff has served as the managing executive in consulting practices for more than 20 years. Cliff earned his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and the Certified Business Communicator designation from the Business Marketing Association. |
